My decision to opt for Swissquote was primarily rooted in my pursuit of a secure and reputable broker. I meticulously scoured online reviews and conducted thorough research to ensure that I was entrusting my investments to a trustworthy company. However, my initial experience upon funding my account left me rather perplexed and frustrated. Swissquote subjected me to an arduous process, bombarding me with a barrage of 150 questions and document requests. This onboarding procedure was far from seamless. Furthermore, my journey with Swissquote unveiled certain shortcomings that warrant attention. Notably, the broker's fee structure features notably high commissions, which can significantly impact the overall profitability of trading activities. Equally concerning was the prolonged response time to inquiries and requests for guidance. Such delays in providing support or advice can be frustrating, especially when timely decisions are crucial in the fast-paced world of trading. On the brighter side, I encountered no complications with the withdrawal process, which was a relief. One undeniable merit of Swissquote is its possession of a license from the renowned regulator, FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority). This regulatory accreditation undoubtedly bolsters the broker's credibility and instills a sense of security in its clients. Despite these advantages, I find myself contemplating the search for an alternative broker. The inconveniences and drawbacks encountered during my time with Swissquote have left me seeking a more efficient and responsive trading partner. While security and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable priorities for me, the quest for a broker that strikes a better balance between security and user-friendliness remains ongoing.

With Swissquote, I was able to reach a new level of income. This is a reliable and honest broker, which is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the transparency of trading conditions and the absence of hidden fees in Swissquote. Stable broker, not one-day. Money is credited to the account quickly, no problems when making transactions. Small glitches once a month can be ignored. There are no problems with withdrawal either. All technical issues can be easily resolved through support.

As for the work of Swissquote, I don't know yet, I can't say anything yet. Just the day before yesterday I registered an account with them. But, as for the broker's employees, I give the highest rating. They work competently, they are able to answer questions, they do not mumble something indistinct. The manager immediately proposed a work plan. In short, they make the right impression. There is hardly anything to dislike about this approach.

I have been trading forex for several years and this is one of the companies that consistently show a decent level. As for honesty and reliability, I can’t say anything bad either, at least for a year of work I have never had any problems. In general, I find reasons for a good review, because I withdraw small amounts from them every month. It is logical that in my eyes the broker looks more attractive than brokers with a carload of negative reviews about problems with execution and payouts.

I had an account at SwissQuote and they blocked all my funds without any notice. I can't invest or withdraw my money now. Support just answered later said they forwarded it to the department and havent received any answer since then. They already cost me profits because I could not invest. The company is a scam. Do not trade here!

I have been working with Swissquote Bank for the past 2 years, and I am very satisfied from execution time, spreads and withdrawal options and ease. I had no issue so far, so I am really satisfied and recommend them.

i v been client at swissquote since several years. one of my stock has been bought by another companie with a high premium. i was happy but swissquote told me my stock are valued at 0! i had to fight several months and threaten them before they admit (without any excuse) that my stocks were valued at 6 each. no excuse. their fees are not that low, i'll move to interactive brokers or saxo.

I am a victim of a binary option scam. After receiving constant calls from this broker to put in more money I went ahead because it was growing. I tried to withdrawal and my request was pending for a while I was also locked out of my account. I had to hire a refund professional to get my funds back.

I trust to Swiss banks that is why I am with this broker. And no regrets. I like its policy in everything even in that fact that there are no bonuses here. I trade on advanced account with deposit $50.000 (do not understand why it is not available for traders of Swissquote Bank Europe – the subsidiary). OK. Have chosen its platform Advanced Trader also and satisfied with its features. Here recording is progressive. The platform can be customized. I apply scalping while trading and that is rather successful within this platform.

This broker offers financial information in real time and provides the access to the world’s financial markets. It promises to make things with forex clear and it keeps to its promise! There are a range of solutions for various needs here. Its 5 trading accounts are with rather high initial deposits. I can trade with MT4, web platform, mobile apps. More than 60 currency pairs are available here and also other assets, which I am not interested in. And there are no any withdrawal limits. Unfortunately, it is not an ECN broker.

Before opening a real account in Swissquote I tried their $100000 demo account first. I was really impressed with the result. I didn't want taking risk to open an account with $2000 right in the beginning but it turned out fine eventually. The trading with Swissquote is very transparent and safe.
