I like everything in this broker including it’s funny name but what I really hate is that I have $300 bucks on my account and it’s frozen. Since they had bonuses program, I got some extra money from initial opening account and deposit bonuses but it’s not available for withdrawal. Much bigger problem is that it caused losses. All my orders were forcefully closed by broker due to lack of free margin. The real picture was that I had enough margin with my bonuses but broker didn’t consider this as my own capital to maintain margin balance. As result, all positions were closed by margin call. This is the last thing any trader want to happen but it’s my real case.

It's not that broker I would work with. Poor customer support. The only one respond by email for two days. I understand if there is no need to answer stupid questions from clients but when your stop loss wasn't triggered and you have unexpected losses. It's ridiculous when position was not closed by stop loss and there is no explanation by your broker why it happened. So much positive reviews about this company but nothing serious when you start trading real money. No way for me.

After I've deposited to my trading account the broker has added to it 100% bonus without asking my permission. After trading for a week I've decided to withdraw but I could not. They've said that I have to trade at least 100 lots to take my money back. After such an accident I do not want to trade with them anymore and my advice to everybody is to avoid this scum broker.

This scum broker does not let to withdraw the profit at all! They've made up a story that they allegedly are investigating the issue. But I have been waiting for two month already and there are no results. So be careful and think twice before starting trading with them.
