I am writing to formally file a complaint against the broker Orbexforex.com, which operates as the offshore branch of Orbex.com. This broker has deducted 3% for deposits and another 3% for withdrawals, amounting to a total of 6% of my funds, without prior notification or my explicit consent. Despite my inquiries, they have failed to provide a clear explanation for these charges.
Additionally, their customer support team has been disrespectful and unprofessional in their responses. The broker's high spreads and excessive commissions make it nearly impossible to trade profitably. Moreover, slippage and candle manipulation occur frequently, further disadvantaging traders.
It is evident that Orbexforex.com has turned into a platform for exploiting traders, hiding under the guise of regulatory oversight and leveraging aggressive marketing campaigns to attract unsuspecting clients.
I kindly request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action be taken against the broker. I am willing to provide further evidence if required.

My experience with Orbex has been quite disappointing due to noticeable delays in order execution. This issue has posed significant challenges, especially when employing scalping strategies where split-second precision is crucial. Despite my best efforts to reconfigure my digital trading advisor multiple times, it has become evident that the problem lies with Orbex's service itself. Regrettably, my overall assessment of Orbex is rather negative, primarily because of these execution delays. The reliability and timeliness of order execution are fundamental for traders, and when this aspect falls short, it can significantly impact trading outcomes and strategies. I hope that Orbex can address and rectify these issues to enhance the trading experience for its customers in the future.

A variety of things are said about Orbex in reviews. I am not inclined to rely on the opinions of others, you yourself understand how we are often manipulated for their own purposes. So it's always worth either ignoring or checking on your own. Due to the increased interest in the field of exchange trading, I cannot always ignore offers. So I gave up on Orbex as the manager I talked to was pretty savvy on the subject. The impression was that the person understands what he is talking about, that the person really trades himself. Otherwise, “specialists” often called me, who could not even clarify elementary points. So I was seduced by the prospect and ended up in really good hands. And yet, I'm not used to throwing money away, so I started with just 300 bucks. This gave me the opportunity to make transactions on the currency on my own, as well as take advantage of some recommendations on metals. As a result of 6 months of cooperation, I was able, with my own efforts + with the help of an analyst, to disperse the account to as much as 550 dollars. It was fast, risky, but the firm hand of the specialist never let go of the leash so that I would not break into a dance. That's when I decided it was time for a bigger investment. In September, I invested in crops. The contract ended a few days ago. The profit is more than satisfying. Now I have about 8 thousand dollars on my account, but I decided not to rush into such long transactions anymore, it's too boring. So I'm back in the game and quite active. I wish everyone as many successful transactions and positive swaps as possible!

I've opened an account without thinking it over, so I didn't even open a single trade with them. At first it seemed to me a good decision, in the end, the next day I woke up and realized that it was not mine. If you don’t try, you won’t know, you will tell me, but I believe that if I don’t want to, then there is no point in suffering. This needs to be sorted out, and, yes, I am sure that everything is simple and fast with an analyst, but this topic does not fascinate me. I saw that people wrote reviews that it was impossible to withdraw money and so on, so I came here to refute this. Of course, after reading such reviews, I didn’t sleep well, woke up early and waited for their support service to answer me. I applied for withdrawal of funds somewhere at 7 am. The money came at 9pm. I had the most positive experience with Orbex, even though we did not really cooperate. But! It is important to understand that after my desire to withdraw money, they did not persuade me, somehow put pressure on me or force me to "work out" something. The verification department contacted me within an hour, we quickly loaded everything, then I waited for a confirmation of the withdrawal for a short time. In the end, everything went quickly and successfully. I am satisfied. If it ever occurs to me to trade on forex, I will definitely return to Orbex, because the attitude towards the client is really good.

I myself have been in Forex for more than a year, I have already gained some bumps and earned some extra experience. A few years ago I realized that no matter what the trading strategy is - but if the broker does not allow you to withdraw profits, then nothing will help. As a result, I began to evaluate brokers more meticulously. Somehow I came across Orbex, tested it - I liked everything, tried depositing and withdrawing funds, trading conditions. As a result, I have been trading here for a year and a half, there are simply no global problems or complaints.

It may seem that Orbex is not the best company and there are many more attractive ones. But it's not. The broker is quite stable in its niche. In terms of service quality, Orbex dominates the manual trading options category. This is an overview of the markets, high-quality analytics, training and ready-made solutions. The choice is really wide. The main category of traders are clients with an average trading account size. Then, it is an international broker that has thousands of clients around the world. For me, this was the decisive factor when opening an account. About licenses, that is, FSC, FSA, and they are already enough to be confident in the company. As for the problems with the withdrawal of capital, this is not so! Money is withdrawn as quickly as a deposit is made. In my case, the withdrawal of $400 from the trading account took 3 business days.

You know, no matter how strange it may sound, but I believe that every client of any brokerage company, no matter Orbex or any other, needs to have experience of losing the deposit. This is not a joke, I am quite serious. I myself have such an experience and have not regret it for a long time. Probably because it gave me more than it took. First of all, I began to take trade more seriously, and secondly, I became more mundane and stopped dreaming. Everyone agrees that when you come to trading only, do dreams of a good life cut off a little from reality? Everyone wants to realize this chance as best as possible. To some extent, I can say that the experience of losing a deposit made me stronger and showed the other side of trading. The first week I did not say that, I was angry, I could not believe it. But when I could muster courage and started trading again, I realized that everything was not in vain.

When I started trading, I never had any experience and hence joined the Orbex only on guess work. Luckily, I didn't stumble on a gang of scammers. Trading with them for the last 11 months. Really reliable and safe broker.

If you're serious about making money, evaluating your trading strategy and improve your trading performance, then Orbex for you. This broker provides some good features to measure effectiveness of your trading. I trade on maximum leverage. Commissions are minimal. Immediate access to customer service and no problems with withdraws. Recommend it!

It’s good! Nothing to boast of. Trading on one account I have the access to all available financial markets here. In live chat I can discuss strategies, new systems or failures to understand the reason. Account funding is extremely easy here. One can use direct debit or credit cards or popular payment systems including WebMoney and Skrill. There are no funding fees, only bank wire can be charged but not always. The funds are deposited within max.2 hours and withdrawn within 24 hours. Processing time for bank wire again differs - it takes longer just as with any other broker.

Orbex is safe and reliable broker and the conditions are good for me! There is no charge on depositing and withdrawing. You can get your money in no time - much faster than within the declared 24 hours, almost in several minutes. Tight spreads and profitable swaps are also the advantage. During new release you are not allowed to carry out any operations otherwise there is a chance to lose the profit gained within such orders. Here you are not allowed scalping, unfortunately. Don’t know why. So, in general experience with Orbex is more likely positive than negative.

Don’t trust them, awful company, they froze my account and demanding for $1000 to release the account and money in it. They said I have violated their regulations. I called their customer service but they kept me on hold for hours.
