I have had a notably disappointing experience with Libertex as a broker. Over the course of more than three years, during which I have deposited in excess of $5000, my patience has been severely tested by their service, particularly concerning the resolution of a transaction issue. Recently, I encountered a significant problem involving a transaction of $100, which was evidently due to an error on the Libertex platform. The response and resolution process have been frustratingly slow and inefficient. The customer service agent assigned to my case takes up to 48 hours to respond to my queries, which is far from satisfactory. Furthermore, the so-called "analytical support" team, responsible for resolving such issues, has been examining my case for over five days. This delay is exasperating, especially considering the apparent clarity of the platform's error in this situation. The inefficiency and sluggish response times have overshadowed my entire trading experience with Libertex. Despite my loyalty as a customer for an extended period, their service has not met the basic expectations of promptness and efficiency in resolving such a straightforward issue. As a result of these ongoing frustrations and the lack of timely support and resolution from Libertex, I have made the decision to switch to another broker. The necessity for reliable and responsive customer support in the trading domain is paramount, and unfortunately, Libertex has fallen short of providing this essential service.

I do not recommend dealing with this company! And if you have already contacted, then I sympathize: - pending orders disappear. This is when you have a pending order, a suitable price came, and the order disappears - it simply isn’t, it’s not in open, it’s not in orders (like it didn’t last a little, this also happened, and at the same time this price was on the other two platforms, but here for some reason did not hold out), not in the closed ones. Contacted technical support - let's take a screenshot! As if I have to make screenshots for every movement. - bonuses (for account replenishment). They can be used in trade, but cannot be withdrawn. How cool, it lures to replenish. But for some reason, when your deposit is drained (and this is the result of everyone I knew, and there were also serious gurus who work on many platforms and, unfortunately, tried on this one), there is no longer your money in the balance, only bonus ones. For example: You replenished by $100 and you were credited with 20%, that is, $20. After unsuccessful transactions, you have $10 left on your balance - this is bonus money, and if your balance has grown to $20 - this is bonus money. The coolest thing is that they can withdraw bonus money (financial adjustment) at any time, and when you start debiting them, they will write to you “according to the rules, bonus money can be debited at the discretion of the company.” Moreover, resetting the account completely to 0. That is, relying on this money to average somewhere is dangerous, at a critical moment you will be left with 0 and your transaction will close with ----. - signals. On the platform, "trading signals" are generally nonsense - they can only work in the negative. If you are added to a group, then you need to filter. There are many right directions, but very often they have closed themselves, and you do not know about it. Or they may have different analytics for the same instrument, and quite the contrary. There was a lot more, but I won't write more. While you are replenishing, they will communicate with you about when and how much (more). Throw all sorts of scam schemes and promotions (one of them is classic network marketing - bring a friend). But if you "freeze" a couple of times, they will stop disturbing you. It's all about stealing your money!

Why am I leaving a review? Yes, because we all read something and leave something. I'll start with the fact that the salary is meager, I want more. So I got into libertex. $10 minimum deposit. Fine! Why not start? So the fact is that you will invest these $ 10 all your life, in the hope of wealth. There will be no wealth. Why? Because you want a lot. And fast. 1:100. Perfect opportunity! Will not work. Why? Because the schedule will not go the way you want. You can take risks, but not for long. That's all. You won't get rich by investing $10. Because you will bet 1:100 leverage. And you will only bet 1:10 a couple of times. Because you can't stand it. Want more. My advice. Make many trades with 1:100 leverage, not just one. If you like it faster and much. And who doesn’t give a damn about faster and much - put a leverage of 1:10. There will be little plus, but no loss.

Instructions for receiving funds: 1. Your balance must have an amount equal to the amount received or more - this is done to protect the buyer's funds. 2. Some banks may interpret the credit as a debit - this is due to the freezing of the amount on your card to verify your identity. Confirmation means an SMS code sent by your bank, so we will understand that it is you who owns the card. 3. After entering the SMS code from the bank, funds will be received within 5-10 minutes. The FT security manager will then contact you. Your funds will not be debited. Please answer me, is it normal that they make such demands in order to withdraw money?
