It is almost instinctual that I cannot even explain. I always had a thing to explore brokers who got the most awards, they are not too many of them. HFM is definitely one them, they have awards from all sorts of platforms, so I decided to try out their platform. I mean, I can understand why they have been getting all these awards because frankly the broker checks so many boxes. Especially in terms of the trading conditions and accounts, bonuses, security, number of assets, popularity and reputation. Not gonna lie, they are quite the big name in the industry. I just found their own proprietary trading platform app a bit more complex than I could easily trade with, but luckily, they have their own platform and both the metaquotes products. So it's fine.

Hotforex broker have been on the top of my list for the past two years. It helped me grow my account since i started with a small account. I only trade major pairs and i can safely say that the trade execution on their mt4 app is smooth. They also have introduced mt5 which i noticed but my plan is to stick with the previous version. I also found out that the payments mechanism for deposits and withdrawals is also acceptable. In short, i can say that this broker can be good and safe for trading.

Ok so, I was working with this broker for few years, I had a trading account which I used trading spot Metals in there, I kinda created a portfolio which I don't think that would be a problem because you pay the commission and Swap for your trading positions. Suddenly they informed me that they would no longer work with my region and closed my portfolio with current market price against my will and caused me a loss of $2700 USD. And the most important thing was they didn't at least notify me a month or two earlier so i could at least have time to adjust my portfolio and withdraw my savings. So I emailed customer support staff detailing that if you're no longer work with my region then you should be responsible for my investment because i trusted this broker by throwing my earnings into it and you closed my trades at a bad time, and i want my money back because your broker was responsible by closing my trades against my will
so they didn't listen and they're response was: 'Sorry for any inconvenience' ( I will attach the conversations in here if needed). So they closed my trades against my will and caused me a huge loss and they response was sorry for any inconvenience. They are not responsible for your hard worked money they will take it away and throw you out at anytime they want. So please listen and stay away from this unreliable broker.

I would like to share my experience with the Forex community on my experience of HotForex (HF). One of the basic & fundamental requirements for a forex broker is to provide an efficient & effective way for client to deposit fund and a responsive support team. When such basic & fundamental requirements cannot be fulfilled, then the client will face serious consequences of financial loss leading to more complicated resolution. On 3 crucial occasions, HF took more than 1 to 3 hours to process credit card deposit. Though I have reported these 3 incidents to the account service manager and the management, there is no reply nor good explanations why similar incidents keep on happening. A forward-looking and professional run broker will attempt to look into the root cause, address the gap and thereafter explain to the client. But not for HF. They simply ignore this issue and try to divert the blame to the client for not managing their position. This does not speak well for HF. And to make matter worse, after HF leisurely decide to update the deposit, client has to transfer this deposit from wallet to the trading account. This means that the clients have to constantly and at the mercy of the HF backend staff to monitor that the deposit is updated to your wallet and then quickly transfer from the wallet to the trading account. At every crucial moment, it is very difficult to get in touch with any HF staff including the live chat agent and account manager. My experience with the HF live chat agent give me an impression that they are like a postman or middleman between the client and the HF backend support staff. Frequently live chat agent is unable to resolve the matter. Instead the live chat agent would refer the client to email HF support or deposit team. Though I am given a direct line to the account manager, the account service manager took just as long as the time needed for the HF to process the deposit. Call to the account service manager direct line not picked. Messages sent to the account service manager direct line was responded 1 hour later. Fortunately on those 3 occasions, the stop out level was not reached otherwise my positions will be force-closed which I am very sure HF will not compensate even though it is proven that the tardiness and fault is on their side. This is my honest feedback and hope it will be useful in your evaluation of HF. Thank you.

When you only learn to trade, it is not so important, in principle, to achieve some kind of a stable result - and this is already good. But when you trade not for the first year, you devote a lot of time to this, and this is sort of a job - it's important to understand that you trade in the real market according to real rules. Of course, HotForex is not the only broker that goes to the interbank market, many large banks offer this service, but deposits start at $ 100,000. HotForex has more democratic requirements, but with leverage you end up with a good working capital, with which you can work on the interbank market. I have been working on this scheme for half a year, and so far I have not noticed any problems with execution or quotations - everything is OK, there are excellent conditions for trading.

Very convenient broker, it is strange that no one writes about it. At a minimum, the trading terminal is not only a prehistoric MT4 with a poor imitation instead of a web terminal and a mobile version, but MT5, where you can trade the same way with the pc, as with a smart phone. Additional indicators, additional timeframes. This is all very cool. Trading conditions as such are usual, the spread is average, there are extensions, sometimes I catch requotes. See, when I read HotForex reviews, it usually ends up debating about conditions, although there is nothing to discuss here. Seems like everyone pays attention to nothing except spread and withdrawal. Trading terms, withdrawal terns - they are quite ordinary, withdrawal is also with obligatory confirmation every time. But there are trading signals and everything that I have already described above. I like a broker, in general, but I think it can be seen already)

I think they are worth giving a try. I've been with them for about a year now, and i can say the experience has been good so far. At some point i was lured to another platform, went their and got my fingers burnt - never knew they were the most fraudulent brokers on earth today so long as i'm concern. Lost about $3,000 USD with those fraudsters just btwn this january and february (2019). But i'm fully back to Hotforex now, never to leave again so long as they continue and improve on the good service they are providing.

This is among the best brokers i have traded in the last four years, i have multiple brokers because i have splited my funds to different baskets. The only reason is to diversify the portfolio, however this broker has improved a lot since i have joined them. I have a micro account and i also had some funds invested in PAMM services which is also nice. The leverage is good usually it comes up with 1:1000 pretty decent to start i guess. EURUSD and Other pairs comes up low spreads. Withdrawals and deposits are instant so i regularly withdraw my profits to skrill account and sell them to exchangers. I can recommend them safe because they have good service in my opiniion.

Started with a demo trading account with this broker, its now more than two years of trading live. Although the trading capital and other resources were very limited at the time when i started trading. Yet I managed to recover more than what i invested. The initial amount was recovered in the first six months, after that all of my trading is purely on the profits. This only happens because this broker have a good set of bonuses which are very reasonable and can be availed with no strict regulations. Profit withdrawals are easily processed. The spreads are fair and order executions never disappointed me. I have found out that they have pretty good set of services.

There is something shady about their competitions, all of them! from trading competitions to plain win competitions. (i suspect manufactured names for competitions.) no matter how good you are or how much money you make in their demo contest,100 000usd to 1 million usd there is always 10 people (with manufactured names) ahead of you. You cant even check your position on the leader rankings even if you contact their call center to check it for you (they say its how its structured)! Hotforex competitions will have you chasing your tale. all of their competitions. i made a deposit recently it was processed easily, now i will be testing the big step in every traders journey (with the brokers) - withdrawals. Mostly one thing which I really wish mentioning here is that I always gets my withdrawal on time, no delays. Easy order processing and mostly the open trades are executed whenever the take profits limit is reached. Spreads obvious as low as nominal one. I had opened account last year with them and started demo trading for quite some time, after that i shifted to trade on live accounts. I started with small funds as i was really unsure of the broker's processes though they already have good reviews all over the internet. After trading for sometime i made my initial profit withdraw which was also processed on time. I realized that they are quite good at services so i put in more funds to my trading account, also availed their bonus and guess what? now i have been successfully trading with them and i am entirely in pure profits. The overall performance is good with a nice friendly customer support however they are bit slow in processing documentation and maybe it is because they take time in verifying them. Find this broker in forexfactory discussions, lots of good feedback there with trading journals showing decent live performance. Last week I opened micro account with them, opted for 100% credit bonus, now my account is doubled, though need to understand bonus conditions to use it wisely. Leverage is quite flexible from 1:50 to 1:1000 but I use 1:500 by default and manage my risk adjusting lot size correctly. Customer support is polite and entertains my request professionally, providing answers within a day. Still no profits made and withdrawals respectively, will try to update the review if have time.

The arguments in those reviews have nothing to do with reality. I've been trading for several years with the broker and never had any serious issues. They offer commodity CFD's what's is quite rare among offshore brokers. I'm going to play bearish on coffee and soybeans basing on the current unhealthy Brazil Real situation. Just got my first withdrawal of 450 dollars on june 16th, it took aprox 2 days to have it in my skrill account, in general the broker is doing fine, execution is fast, I noticed some minor slippage but rarely encountered them. usually during news releases. I will continue to observe this broker, the withdrawal amount is not big, but so far its positive.

Easy to fund and withdraw and no fees went along whilst my old brokers charges a small fee per withdrawal, so terrible! I have traded with some local brokers but their spread and commission were so terrible, they are too high up to 25$/lot that I could not manage to trade. I know this broker through its banner on the forum and opened a premium account. Their spread was so good, especially the popular pairs as E/U and G/U. There are only slippages during news release but the broker would pay out the beyond price.

I downloaded it instantly and it's working fine on my ipad2. it's really cool to trade with a nice visual experience.
I also tested it using my wife's ipad 1, and it's working well too.

Hotforex is the best. The range of leverage it offers is good, so wide for you to choose from. It accepts $5 as the least amount to be deposited on micro account. And I have never come accross a broker that offers a bonus of 30% in a duration of approximately 2 months, then the following month it offers 50%, both being offered to ANY deposite made, not only on the first deposit or to starters but to anyone making any deposite! It's really good.

I have a Standard account with them, which I opened a few weeks ago, so far they seem good. All my entries and stops were executed and they have good customer support. The only downside is that if you are a news trader it will be tough to get filled during news. Other than that I have been doing very well with them and I am pleased. They seem a lot better than some of the other Brokers I came across, AND they accept US citizens which is a plus!
