I know that founder of this company was under investigation due to organizing and operating a Ponzi scheme. And there is nothing about voluntary suspension of fx service. It was forced by regulators! The problem still exists. In my case, I need to wait certain amount of time to get money back. But it's possible. What's more surprising that company has provided all services and there was no sign of any fraud. I've been working with them for 4 years and made many withdrawals. It was like a regular company with normal customer support. There is also one more company was associated with fxtg which is called Plus Financials. According reviews of customers, that firm was incredibly unethical with extremely aggressive marketing. So they both have acted as a pool of manipulators.

Just wondering if someone have used firm's account management services and individual solutions. As I know, new owner of the company decided to rebrand the firm and suspended license. Since 2014, it was dedicated service and minimum complaints from customers. Six month passed by since that decision. Website is not available. My couple of hundred bucks still there and I have no idea how to get them back. I have been informed by email about changes but mistakenly postponed withdrawals from account. Now it seems like impossible to do that.

I have heard lots of good reviews about FXTD and their trading conditions are really good. I recommend FXTD to all my acquiantances. The broker provides a superb customer support and the technical analysis is one of the best.
