Let me tell you about the cons, which I personally do not like. First, I hope that in the future Fidelis will strengthen the team that is working on the terminal. It is possible to make the work more stable, customers will definitely appreciate it. Secondly, it would be nice to increase the speed of transactions. Otherwise, I see only pluses. No worries, a wide choice of markets, including America, a normal withdrawal of funds. I don’t use advice, I have my own head, but they say that they are not bad here, but I can’t say anything, everyone decides for himself what to do, the money is yours.

I have been with Fidelis for a long time, I have experienced more than one crisis. During the pandemic, when all markets fell, the manager advised me to pay off the drawdown. As a result, high profitability in 2021. Last year, I also consulted a lot with the manager, I study the company's analytics (they have good investment ideas), as a result, I put together a portfolio that, I hope, will not disappoint this year. I am satisfied with the broker, I always recommend to friends.

I've been trading with these guys for some time now. Their support is very slow and not very helpful. I also questioned them on their copy accounts that I followed. I noticed the master accounts were doing well with their trades but when copied to my personal accounts the pips and time of execution was out by a mile. In some cases open trades lagged up over 5 mins before putting the trade on my copy account. I wouldn't recommend there copy platform as its way out in timing and may leave your personal account with negative trades most of the time. When I questioned them about it they ignored my emails and disconnected my copy account.

With all my respect to founders and all who run this company. I honestly recommend you to improve front office work or fire all lazy employees. My new account registration process still not complete after one month. Provided all documents and papers you required. After two weeks with no feedback, I reached you finally by email. Your staff member said that I supposed to fill out application and upload all my papers again. The excuse was a system failure and all customers experienced that issue. Two weeks later still no access to account and no single email or phone call. Nothing. How can you ensure proper work of your trading platform where people risk their money if you cannot fix that simple bug? Didn't want to leave this comment but why other people should face same problem that I have with you. Regardless of the polite person who responded to my email, I'm not gonna deposit my account even if you get your job done.

Fidelis is quite a reliable forex broker, I have been trading with them for already half a year, what I like most about this broker is that the profit withdrawal is extremely fast in comparison with other brokers I have dealt with.
