- Monday, 1 January: We will be observing New Year's Day, and our Customer Service team will not be available. We encourage our clients to plan their queries or service requests accordingly.
- Tuesday, 2 January: Our team will resume providing consultations via Live chats starting from 5 a.m. UTC+3. We are prepared to assist you with any inquiries or support needs as the new year commences.
CTP Team Schedule:
- Sunday, 31 December: The CTP team will be operational up to 10 p.m. UTC+1. Should you require any specialized services or support from this team, please ensure to make your requests known before this cut-off time.
- Monday, 1 January: The CTP team will commence operations at 10 a.m. UTC+1. This allows our team members to enjoy the New Year festivities and return to serve you with renewed vigor.
Operational Pause Duration
Due to these schedule adjustments, there will be a 12-hour period during which our teams will not be available. We have planned this downtime to minimize the impact on our services while acknowledging the importance of the holiday season for our staff.
